The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person long on this website and compliant to the company´s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client´s needs in respect of provision of the Company´s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of The United States of America (USA). Service

All calls, texts, messaging, etc are made via local Wi-fi or cell phone networks, which may affect your data plans.

Translations conducted in real time will be made via automatic servers and all users agree to speak in short phrases, clear and translatable language ( ie languages offered by our servers).

For email translations every 100 words shall be the equivalent of one full and complete email translation.

Charges for use of Application/Plans

Charges for the use of the App occur after each use of the application (see usage plans), the download of the App is free. All charges are in US dollars.

The cost of monthly plans include some telecommunication networks but not all, the user may need to add money to the account if the user decides to call to places that the plan doesn’t cover, Video calls from app to app and calls from app to app are cover by the cost of the monthly plan.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made 3 days after the purchase of a plan if the user did not purchase a plan with phone line included.

Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable if the user consumes any of the services that the plan offers including the purchase of a phone line (“Plan purchases”), if the user decides not to use the plan, the user can cancel the plan up to 3 days after its purchase and a full refund will be made. The Company will refund up to 75% of unused additional non-plan purchases. Customer must request a return of any funds for non-plan purchases within 7 days of purchase.

(“Callstranslator", “us" or “we"). Information We Collect

In order for Callstranslator to function properly, you agree toallow the followinginformation to be obtained:

(1) Contacts Information

The users may agree to allow callstranslator to access their contacts. A simplified copy of the address book with information such as name, phone number, and ringtone of each contact will be stored on the Callstranslator servers if the user decides to share this information. The phone numbers of each contact are encrypted. The phone numbers and names of your contacts are used to build your Callstranslator friend list.

(2) Personal Information

When you install Callstranslator Software on your mobile device, you are required to provide a mobile phone number to receive an access code via SMS. The phone number will be saved on the Callstranslator servers. The phone number is also used to discover other Callstranslator users who have your phone number in their address book.
When you create a Callstranslator account, we may ask for personal information, like your name or email address. We may also collect demographic information, such as age, gender, or preferences. We might also ask you to create a publicly-visible profile, which may include your name and photo. You agree to allow us to collect this information.

(3) Location Information

Certain Callstranslator features require access to the location information on your mobile phone. Some features, such as “Find Nearby Friends" also store your location information in our servers, and share your location information with other Callstranslator users. If you are concerned about the privacy of your location information, we recommend you do not use those features.

(4) Device Information

When you install Callstranslator on your device, we may automatically collect certain information from your device, including an Android, Apple iOS, or other ID, device maker and model, mobile web browser type and version, IP address, MAC address, the operating system’s maker and version, location information, MCC (Mobile Country Code) information, the mobile application name, a list of mobile applications installed on your device and other technical data about your device.

(5) Usage Information

We automatically collect usage information that does not identify an individual user. For example, when you install Callstranslator on your device, we automatically collect information such as your device type, operating system version and type, IP address, certain unique device identifiers (such as Android ID, MAC address, and IDFA) and carrier and other information for your device. We use this information to enhance the services we offer and to help us understand how people use the Service.

We use third-party analytic tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, Callstranslator software screens you access, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. Callstranslator uses cookies to help Callstranslator identify and track visitors, their usage of the Callstranslator website, and their website access preferences. We use analytic tools provided by Google, AppsFlyer and others which use other visitor identification technology that help Callstranslator identify users and track usage of our Service.

(8) Cache

When you use Callstranslator to send a multimedia message (such as sharing a picture, or sharing a video clip), the multimedia content will be cached in Callstranslator servers for increased performance. The cached content will be removed after a certain period of months. Callstranslator does not provide any means for you to delete the cached content manually.

(9) Share Data

Share Data is that you provide for use with Callstranslator, such as text, audio, photos and videos you make available through the app or contacts you add or import for use with Callstranslator, and which may be made available to third parties by your actions when using Callstranslator.

10) Retention

Callstranslator will not maintain a register or record of phone calls, videos, fotos or texts sent or received.

How We Use Information

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

Allow us to keep you posted on Callstranslator’s latest product announcements, application updates, and upcoming events.
